llev\u00f3 adelante una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre Manipulaci\u00f3n Segura de Alimentos destinada al personal encargado de la cocina del Batall\u00f3n de Ingenieros Monte 12 de nuestra ciudad, actividad que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 25 personas abocadas al \u00e1rea de cocina.<\/p>\n<p>La instancia formativa se desarroll\u00f3 el pasado jueves 10 de septiembre en instalaciones del Ej\u00e9rcito Argentino en Goya, en el marco de una solicitud realizada espec\u00edficamente para la formaci\u00f3n del personal que cumple tareas en el sector de cocina de la unidad militar.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del director de Bromatolog\u00eda, doctor Pedro Depiaggio, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por la doctora Fernanda Erro y personal del \u00e1rea de Bromatolog\u00eda e Higiene del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la jornada se abordaron contenidos vinculados a la correcta manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos, pr\u00e1cticas seguras en la elaboraci\u00f3n de comidas y recomendaciones generales orientadas a garantizar condiciones adecuadas de higiene en el \u00e1mbito de la cocina institucional.<\/p>\n<p>Direcci\u00f3n de Prensa \u2013 Municipalidad de
